Delivery

We deliver throughout New Zealand. All orders are dispatched to allow 3-4 days to be delivered. Track and trace information can be supplied on request. Please specify when placing an order if you require delivery to a rural address as we allow an extra 1-2 days. We cannot send to Post Office Boxes. Orders can be picked up from our Palmerston North premises by prior arrangement. Kyka Cookies accepts no responsibility for the purchaser failing to pick up their order or for any damage in transit

Payment / Online Banking

For bank deposit and internet banking, please ensure you put your name as the reference on your payment. Payment is required to confirm your order. Please ensure all payments are made 14 days prior to delivery if order is to be couriered or 7 days if your order is to be picked up. Payment of the quote confirms your acceptance of terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

We pack your order carefully, and no responsibility will be accepted for damage in transit. A full refund will offered if an event is cancelled and the order has not been commenced. A partial refund may be offered if order has been baked, but this is at the discretion of the supplier. If the date of the event is moved forward after a quote has been accepted and delivery date agreed, no refund will be made if the order is not able to be completed and delivered in time.

Baking Policy

Every effort is made use colours and designs as close as possible to those requested, but colours and designs may vary slightly from those submitted in photographs or suggested to us.
Prior to ordering, details of any food allergies must be advised. Gluten free and dairy free options are available. If require a specific option this will be included in your quote. We accept no liability for failure to disclose allergies prior to your order being accepted.

Licence To Use

Kyka Cookies reserves the right to take photos of all products produced and use them for advertising and promotion purposes. Photos will only be published after an event has taken place.
